It has been proven in court that we were charged for a year end set of books that was never done. Invoiced twice for the same work and refused to refund payments of prepaid direct debits. All while knowingly owning us money. When questioned about the extra invoice, it was meant to be credited back to our account, only on purpose never credited back. New invoices and fees were added to try to stop us reclaiming our overpayments. Even the JUDGE called him a liar and stated he could no longer TRUST any word he said.
