We were lead to believe on their website (and one would expect for €1.300 per night) that air conditioning was provided in all rooms including the main living area such as the living room and dining room. We were shocked to see that this was not the case despite clearly showing on their site we immediately complained and received no response during our entire stay. It was only after sending multiple letters and threatening legal letters did the management MR KRAUS replied offering 10% on a future stay. We told him we had no intention of using his company again and we never heard from him again. Very unprofessional considering the price we paid.
