The second time parmagiana di melenxani, I can make better, it had no basil or pesto in it, followed by lamb with rosmary sauce. This was the worst. The sauce had no taste of resmary, and was just thickedn cooking juice and didnt have much flavour. The spinach and sauteed potatoes that came with it were incredibly salty. The potatoes greasy. This is below par cooking. I can do a lot better than this, and I dont like paying good money to a checf who cant cook beter than me. I wont be going back.
