We decided to have them return and do our lanai, front porch and two pads outside the lanai. They worked very hard taking the old painted cement down. All Workers are very polite and professional. We had spoken about getting the floor very smooth before putting the top clear coat on, for easier cleaning since it is outside. For the most part it looked great. There were a couple areas that I was not happy with, nor was the big boss Joe, when he came to look. They will be coming back out to redo the lanai so that it looks all smooth and the way it should. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an apoxy type ( but better then Apoxy) style floor. They stand by their work and will not walk away from a Job unless you are happy.
