Shipping experience- 5/5 I ordered the article (monitor) at midnight, Tuesday. I instantly received a confirmation that matched the shipping estimate on the site (Delivery Thursday). I was then dissapointed when the delivery agent (DHL) ascertained Friday as the delivery date. However, Coolblue delivered the monitor to DHL so early in the morning that I still received the monitor Thursday- at one in the afternoon. Shipping was free. Website- 5/5 Snappy, responsive, suggestions and searches work flawlessly. Article page- 6/5 - Full list of specifications for the article (Technical and Cursory!) - On page user reviews - no review-pre-filtering! - Non-generic Pro-Con list, with extremely helpful cons for the less-technical buyer - Pro-Con list changed when buying multiple monitors to reflect the usefulness of the monitor when placed side-by-side (near bezelless) - Great summary Summary: 6/5 Coolblue was able to convince with extremely thorough and well thought out product pages. Various payment options, especially Paypal, lend to the site's credibility. Optimistic and yet satisfying delivery prognosis. I never write reviews, but after buying my monitor from Coolblue, and comparing said experience to other major retailers, Coolblue has become my electronics retailer of first choice. I can't judge for anyone's else's experience, but this experience was absolutely amazing. Quick note to negative reviews: If the only reason to give a low star review is slight shipping delays... Coolblue seems to deliver their products at the earliest possible oppurtunity to the shipping agent. Any delays after this are the fault of the shipping agent's estimated delivery dates and any subsequent delays.

First time we ordered a smart TV and payed for fast delivery and it was delivered with a 4 days delay. Now we ordered a shaving machine and it was not delivered on agreed day. The Customer support is impossible to reach via phone and the choices of their automatic system don't let you complain or state your problem. Please, stay away from them!
