update: moved to "Wall 27", due to construction work in wuppertal hbf - or should I say destruction works? the formerly famous "harnröhre" has been teared down, and therefore the atmosphere of the little cafe changed, although it is more spacious now the "gem" and "hole in the wall" factor disappeared.

lovely hole-in-the-wall cafe with nice, friendly (even just having the worst weather outside.) guys serving you italian style tasty (though no third wave) coffee and baking goods. a cappuchino is 1.50. baking goods are, besides croissants etc., also those lovely italian small ones e.g. almond pastry. i was totally happy to discover a place like this in the pedestrian tunnel leading to wuppertal main station. read more
