I'm wondering why the city closed the flood retion pond's around Tulsa. I have been walking my dog around several of the ponds. A nice place to have a good time. We pay taxes on them they have handy cap parking ramps and we still can't get into them. And I know why but that could be taken care of. The previous mayor didn't care because he was on his way out. I have been driving TULSA streets and highways for 67 years and I have two questions..First Why is it ok for police officers and Highway patrolmen to go over the speed limit without their emergency lights and or sirens on I thought that these people are to set an example for others.
