When I asked if I was doing something wrong, the Kirby's said let's replace them. No questions asked. How many businesses do that kind of customer service anymore. I also picked up two beautiful mum plants and they are not only big and beautiful, they were bigger, better and cheaper than I saw at the big box stores. Kirby plants will have all my future gardening business.

Inside gifts of all types. Indoor plant sanctuary. Potting and three pot areas. What has captivated me is the seamless hand off of my questions by the staff. Needed a pot, asked about aquatic plants. The gentleman in pots guided me to the aquatic expert. Had a tree question, next expert. Wanted good recommendation on bee friendly bushes. Then indoor plants. Then outdoor ornaments gifts. Went in thinking I'd buy a plant. Left with 3 plants. 2 new pots. A tree. Gifts for friends and family. And plans to come back for other items. The people. 8 people helped me and every one of them was a joy. The way have my business for life. This is an hour from my house and worth every minute of the drive.

While in Tennesse I had to visit a Christmas Tree Farm instead... Because local is better of course. Want to buy a pre-cut tree? Alright. Want to buy a tree and cut it down yourself? Even better! Christmas Trees are very reasonably priced. Of course it wouldn't be a Tree Farm without the nicknacks. They sell tree stands, candles and other little items to please your shopping experience. I bought my Tree after Thanksgiving Day and to this day (January 9th), the tree is still with full pines and standing up straight. Not taking this tree down until it comes down by itself. The only issue I did have was with my Chase credit card (Visa), for some reason the 'Square' dongle didn't want to accept it although it accepted a Mastercard.
