Long story short........They charged me 4 hours labor at around $100 an hour to do an oil change,…read morespark plugs/wires, and put in thermostat. The owner didn't get me any pricing for the maintenance and when I called to see if my car was ready 5 hours later they said yes and that will be $600 dollars. I about lost my it. When I asked if they had resolved the cars heating issue, the response I received was, "Well when we drove it, it didn't HEAT!" After taking off the computer diagnostic charge which wasn't requested.....I ended up right at $572 and some change to get the car. When asked why they didn't disclose the price, the owner simply said, "you didn't ask!" And guess what THE CAR STILL HEATS and did so before I could reach my destination, less than 10 minutes from them.....I think they couldn't fix the car and had to let it cool off before I could pick it up............To change the $8 thermostat they charged me about $200 ...............Rip off .......Never go there ........No wonder they are stuck in the corner of NO WHERE NOW!

The down home country girl working the counter was so very welcoming and friendly that I actually enjoyed my time chatting with her while my tank was being filled. There was none of this pay first, and pump later mistrust that I usually find around the country. I also really needed to use the facilities and even though they were private, she graciously allowed me to resolve my emergency. If all businesses were this helpful, we would be much better off. I even learned how to pronounce the name of this little town and took a picture of the attendant!
