Came in for a haircut, Smitty did his thing, came home, realized he didn't cut any of my bushy eyebrows. I call Smitty's barbershop back, spoke with Smitty, and he says I forgot and you didn't remind me and hung up the phone. I called him back, (he said his phone got disconnected) and he said that best I can do is give you an appointment next week for the eyebrows. I asked if he can do earlier, considering it was his mistake that he missed trimming the eyebrows, he got defensive on the phone saying OK go elsewhere and hung up. He charged me $25 for the haircut that took less than 20 mins and is unwilling to finish it. Very unprofessional barber. I would not recommend Smitty's Barbershop to anyone.
