They're VERY unprofessional and unorganized telling me they had the wrong name on the car that was sold to me. What?! Now normally I would have just left, but the salesman was good and after I walked away he called me and we were able to make a deal over the phone the next day. Now here's the rub, I couldn't get back there for two days, I offered to put down a deposit on the car to hold it for me. ( non refundable) to show that I was serious. I was told not to worry about it and that it would be there. The day before I go to pick up the car I get a message in the afternoon saying it was sold. Naturally I was upset, and even though there were many apologies I was basically told that it was sold to someone for more money than the deal I had in place. Now, had I been outbid in the moment then I would have no leg to stand on and would move on, but I had a verbal agreement in place and they did not honor it. Needless to say I will not be giving them my business, and you shouldn't either. If you cant trust the front of the house then how can you trust the back of the house?
