Lenny took my money and made nothing but excuses as to why he could not deliver. None of the attempts at building our brand worked. He made a guarantee but never followed up! He kept asking for more money.... never again. STAY AWAY read more

Terrible service. You will never own anything from your website to social media. They use that against you to keep taking money from you. Absurdly unprofessional and rude owner. His name is Lenny and if you get a chance to deal with him, you will be sorry. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

This company completely ripped us off. We paid for them to do 2 websites. They promised better SEO rankings, traffic, etc. They did such a terrible job on the first website, (not returning calls, not returning emails, breaking our lead page for a MONTH so we got no leads, etc.) we requested a refund of the second website. We now cannot get a response and we have been requesting the refund now for 2 months. We are reporting them to all appropriate authorities. read more

Sorry there is not a 0 star. I called for business purposes just now and the gentleman that answered the phone did not give his name, was very rude and then hung up on me. I will never recommend them for anything to my company EVER and I deal with 100's of companies everyday. read more

I needed an 18"x24" poster print mounted on foam board, and in my project request I mentioned we would be displaying the poster on a tabletop easel. Patrick clearly read the whole request and gave it thoughtful consideration, because he advised that for an extra few dollars, Alpha could add foldable easel wings to the back of our poster - heck yes! I'd gotten a quote from another larger print shop - let's call them Kedex-Finko's - and the price for this job was easily going to top $50. Alphagraphics was a better price, and definitely a better and more personal customer experience. The final product was sharp, sturdy, and beautiful - a really clean print. From initial request to project completion, Alpha had the whole thing done in about 24 hours. Highly recommend them for any print job, personal or professional.

Not only did these guys accelerate their process to get it done, they advised on design reviews, stayed after hours to complete the job, arranged for after-hours pickup, were VERY competitive on pricing, and enabled us to be prepared for an event we would otherwise been left behind on. Can not recommend them (and in particular Patrick) enough for printing services in the area. There's a reason why big chains don't often cut it-- here is proof.
