First time messy job, after sanding procedure did not clear but put sealant over dirty bumpy tiles instead. What a mess with lots of air bubbles and missed 50% of the tiles too. Second time they returned to resand and reglaze again all tiles, but left large spilled globs and again left many tiles unglazed. Third time still have spilled blobs and unglazed tiles. Tech is just " painting" the tiles so not really the glaze treatment and is not holding up after a week. Avoid this business!!
