The office staff is warm and friendly and are quick to offer assistance with insurance filing and things like that. The hours are great. I feel that my family and I are truly cared about. I went for an appointment scheduled for about 1:00 P.M. by Dr. Stephen Lambert. I have been using…read moreAfter Hours Clinic quite satisfactorily for over 25 years but no more! I was early and after checking in was waiting in the main lobby seated in the middle of the room so as to be able to see who and when someone called my name. I heard my name called twice but could see no one standing at either patient entrance. So, I got up to see a nurse standing out of sight in a hallway calling my name as if she did not want to be seen. My weight was taken and we walked back to an examination room. My blood pressure was taken and the nurse (I am assuming Dr. Lamberts nurse) began a review of my allergies and medications. It was as if she was talking down to me in a rude, impolite fashion. She began angrily calling out the drugs listed on the computer upon which time she called out a drug name I did not recognize. I responded that I did not know what it was. She angrily replied, " it is prostrate medicine". Well, I have never taken prostrate medicine and replied to her again that I did not know what it was. The nurse replied in a haughty, angry tone, "I just told you what it is. What do you mean you do not know". At that time, I said, "Excuse me. Have a nice day", got up and walked out to never return.

I have been using this clinic for over 20 years and have never encountered a problem, which speaks volumes about the quality of care they provide. Dr. Salman Zafar, was my doctor. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly understood what was going on as soon as I explained my symptoms, which gave me a lot of confidence in my care. He was professional and effective in getting me on the right treatment path. The only downside was that it could be a bit difficult to catch him for additional questions at times. Overall, I truly appreciate the care I received and would highly recommend this clinic to others."

I was set up with an appointment with Dr. Dzugan. His staff were very professional, kind, caring, and compassionate. His behavior, on the other hand, was ATROCIOUS AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! He had ZERO sympathy for my pain, ZERO compassion, ZERO concern for my general well being!!! He actually raised his voice to me at least twice as if he was reprimanding a child ( I am 60.) Dr. Dzugan literally TRAUMATIZED me with his Lack of social skills and professionalism! My sister in law was with me during the whole experience. She was also disgusted with his behavior!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. SERGEY DZUGAN TO ANYBODY !!!!
