Customers since 2002, this company disappeared as a security service/patrol service in 2026. We paid $110/month for 24+ years and received good service in earlier decades; but unfortunately nothing since their staff all resigned earlier this year and/or was shot by a sniper in N. I had a deeply troubling experience with this company. I witnessed their staff displaying a shocking lack of respect for others. They honked at a sleeping homeless person in their ear and even used his foot to wake him up. Many homeless individuals have to rest during the day for their safety at night, so this behavior is incredibly disrespectful regardless of where they are sleeping. It is just as easy to wake someone up with care that to see what this guys choose to do. When I confronted the patrol staff about their actions they responded with hostility and screaming F-you B*tch and drove off. I tried to report this to the office, but instead of listening to what actually happend they accused my of chasing the guy down they abruptly hung up on me. This was hardly the case. But it's clear that the people who work for and run the company are DANGEROUS. I strongly advise against hiring this company. I will also be filing a complaint with the city because even our police depeartment handle the homeless with more care than this company. Be fully advised. read more

I cannot review their work as "security," because it never got to that. I will say professionalism is lacking, especially with Mr. J. Lara, who insulted my place of employment after being told we were not actively looking for new security services. Bit of advice; maintain professionalism at all times when driving the company car and wearing the company uniform, sir. Best of luck... read more

Rude and disrespectful staff. Every time I have a guest park, with a permit, they threaten to tow saying they have to enforce DMV laws regarding expired registration. I see numerous cars parked overnight with no warning ticket but each and every time my friends visit, they are ticketed but the rude staff member says they are not targeting anyone. Funny how he brought that up, not me. Raising his voice over me when I was speaking, I realized this was a case of ignorance. Guy is out on the street like he works for the city, citing cars parked on street not just in HOA parking areas. Nothing better to do than harrass and threaten to tow peoples cars. With all thats going on in our community, this is his purpose? I respect the law, not people who abuse their power to feel better about themselves for a moment. read more
