AMAZING! I love my hair!!…read more I went to see Natalie, and I commuted from Albuquerque to do so. I was nervous, because I haven't had my hair cut in 3 years and the last time I trusted someone they cut my hair into chunks. I have long (lower back level), wave-like, curly hair but it's chooses its exact personality. The top likes to curl "Susie-Q" curls (ringlets if you will). While the bottom likes to go straight and the middle is somewhere between. Natalie became one with my hair. At one point she dropped to a knee to get to the bottom of the beast. All the while asking me "how much do YOU want off" and "how would YOU like your hair" and "where does YOUR hair part." Between my direction and the beast curls she gave me a BEAUTIFUL cut. The layers are so strategically placed that they even out my total curl. She did not cut more than I wanted. Then she gave me a blowout. Never had one of those but my hair looks AMAZING. Can I just not wash it forever to keep it like this?? I kid. Beyond the amazing cut the salon was clean, the other staff & owner greeted me, they use heavenly smelling Bumble & Bumble products. I got some sea salt for my curls. It was worth the trip. Natalie is a Mystic of the Sheers!! 10/10

I mentioned it to her and she replied, "S#!t, I missed my appointment." She called back and apologized for missing her appointment and asked if there was any way to squeeze her in at some point during the next few days. He advised her that unfortunately that wasn't possible as he was all booked up, but if she could hustle over there now he would work late and get her taken care of. He was super nice about it, and said he had mostly just become worried that she was okay. No wonder why she likes this place so much. He did a fantastic job on her hair too.

I was so excited to get in and get my hair done. When I got into her chair, she was very rude because I didn't know exactly what I wanted, or how to say it in "hair stylist terms" rather. I knew I wanted to match my roots at the very least, and then needed a trim. She told me that she couldn't help me because I didn't know what I wanted and I didn't have pictures to show her. Why do I need pictures when my hair / roots are right there in real life to match!??? I was dismayed and could not believe it...and still can't. I obviously got up and walked out. The looks on the other customers and stylists faces was also of disbelief. I WOULD NOT recommend SUZANNE, NOR SALON BOHÈME!! Keep looking. There's better stylists in Santa Fe, and way kinder.
