I bought a monthly membership, haven't gone as much I as would have liked to. Its going to autorenew, so hopefully I didn't hit the deadline to cancel that. I'm getting a great tan, and quickly. However, just walking into the booth I immediately feel like I have to concentrate on my breathing so I don't pass out - it just gets so hot in there! The past few times I've gone for 8 minutes and opened the booth door to get some fresh air with 2 minutes left and then try to fight it out again.

My fingerprint hasn't worked since I started my membership (no one offered to fix it) & I don't always have my drivers license with me as was the case yesterday. This is an ongoing issue. I've asked to note my acct and surely I have info only I would know on file. It's one spray tan for heavens sake not access to my bank acct. I had to have my daughter drive home to get it. Then I get in, finally, with the girl not being in any way empathetic and the entire cream container attached on the wall has not one drop in it. Now I'm naked AND pissed. Don't they know a day in advance when this pump is getting low and one piece of a paper towel-like item. Can't we have two I ask???? Still no empathy after I spray without the cream and if you know, you know, what my hands & feet look like. The vibe was completely off with no empathy, understand or compassion. No service above and beyond here just these are the (useless) rules oh and NO thanks for the heads up on the empty cream. Trust me ANY other place beats this place.

I was like I have never been here before and I would like to know what kinda beds you have and the prices, etc. She rolls her eyes and is like well those are our prices and points to some mangled piece of paper on the desk. I ended up just buying a single session because it looked like they had decent beds. I get into the room and it was soooo dirtyyyy OMG!! The tanning bed had long black hairs on it and scuff marks looked like it was never cleaned before and there was dust bunnies in the corner and the garbage was heaping over. There was towels in the floor with what looked like spray tan liquid on them and there was empty water bottles just laying around. I seriously don't know if this place has a manager or an owner- but they really need to go in there and first- hire helpful staff that actually want to help customers bs are knowledgable and know what tanning is. And secondly CLEAN the place- I hope I don't get a disease from going here, yes! It was that bad.

Kat makes you feel very comfortable and sprays very well! She steps back to look at the color and then sprays a bit more in areas she thinks need a little more. The spray tans for both my sister and I turned out great with no streaks at all! We also did a week of loofa before hand and made sure we did not apply lotion. I would recommend Kat to anyone who is thinking to get a golden glow before a special event or vacation!

I am assuming that they want to get you burned so that you don't come in for your tanning packages at this point. I have been going here for 3 years. I have always blindly trusted the staff. Out of the 4 month long packages I purchased over three years, I have only been there to tan less than 10 times. This is because my usual experience goes like this: I walk in full of moxy and enthusiasm. "This month, i'm going to do it right!" I say to myself. I walk in. I buy a month long membership for 20 or 30 dollars with their awesome student discount. I ask the lady at the counter "hey, how long do you think I should go in for? I'm pretty pale." at this point, she goes into a trance, and consults her star charts in her memory mansion, sees where Mars aligns with Jupiter, subtracts it by 3, and doubles it if it's under 10. That is how good she is at telling you how long to go in for. I have been going here for 3 years on and off and have bought month long memberships 4 times. Over these four months of memberships over 3 years, I have only been able to tan approx. 10 times. Because every single time I go in, I ask the same girl at the counter "how long do ya think I oughta go in for?" and she sets me up for what she thinks is right. Every time I walk out feeling great. Every time I end up looking like I got stranded naked in the desert for a week. So here I am, on the first day of my month long membership, burned again on my first day after 7 minutes in the strongest type booth. She saw my blonde hair and green eyes. She saw how pale I was in the dim basement light. She gave me 7 minutes, which was twice more than I could take. 4 hours later, red as a beet, my night is ruined, I hope my week isn't.
