A bit hard to find you have to go down the side of an old garage and they are down the back, but the prices and service are excellent. I've bought several car products and number plates from there.

The service was questionable at all three with them blaming the metals inside the cat for the expense and being unsure which cat system was needed for my car. I went to max performance and they not only did they know what they where talking about but the they only charged £190. These guys are totally professional and honest ( yes an honest garage) and they will only a charge you a fair price for work that actually needs doing. Top job very happy. Could not recommend enough.

If bending over backwards to help were literal rather than metaphorical, these guys would be able to lick the backs of their own heels I've shopped here many times, almost always for something I don't know the first thing about other than that I need one, and the staff have been unfailingly helpful. They have an impressive selection of auto accessories in stock considering the size of the store and are always willing to get hold of stuff they don't have right now. The downside - if you can call it that - is that the prices aren't as low as you'll find in pile-it-high-sell-it-cheap shops where the staff don't know anything. Likewise, you'll save money ordering things online. But tell me this: faced with a customer who has just spent seven quid on a new headlight bulb, how many store managers would spend THIRTY MINUTES fitting it for them, free of charge? I've met exactly one, and he works at Motorworld in Dursley. Long may you prosper, folks.

The only problem i have is generally going in to get one thing and coming out 3 other things that i never knew i needed. The shop is located a bit out of town, so if you're needing bits to actually make your vehicle work you're going to have a bit of a hike to get there unless you live on that estate.

Autoparts is an independent car parts shop with keen prices and a wide range of stock. They also have an eBay store with a ton of harder to find parts that you're able to access too. What sets it apart from any major chain store nearby is the friendly service from staff. If you're a petrol head who knows what he's doing - they can talk your language. But I'd you're a car dunce (as I am) then Shane, Kevin and the team don't think twice about offering you guidance and helping you fit standard parts such as windscreen wipers and hub caps. Great service! There is free parking outside the store and plenty of free Street parking around the Square too.

Definitely give them a try before you head to somewhere like Halfords, the prices are competitive and more importantly the staff are friendly and helpful, a rare thing in a car parts shop!

Rather than getting ripped off at bigger stores for the same brand item, I have spent a fraction of the price here. The owner is great at advising you on what to use for whatever problem you have with your car, which saved the hassle and cost of going to a mechanic. The shop may look a little shabby but I definitely recommend it for any parts you need for your motor.
