This isn't your typical fried chicken; they took an ordinary concept, and transformed chicken into a bucket of flavorful yum! The magic is in how the chicken was seasoned. I can tasted the chicken was well marinated before they even add the coat of batter. You have a burst of flavors in your mouth, from tangy to savory to sweet. The french fries are amazing! Who would have thought to add dill onto fries? No one! However, they did and the combination paid off. Again, tangy and savory! If you're not a chicken wing person, they offer chicken tenders. The aioli for the fries could use a touch more flavor (either more garlicky or maybe lemony) imo. However, everything else was perfect. My burger was cooked to a perfect medium. They give you a mound of bacon on top, like 4ish strips, not 2 when places get cheap. Cool, quality bread bun. Nicely balanced with pickled onions and slaw to balance the bbq sauce sweetness. Fries were very crispy. Overall, I'd gladly come back and maybe just skip the BBQ sauce!
