Love the fact that I can drop off the car in the early morning and chat with staff while the car is repaired. The waiting room is clean and quiet. Plus no upselling or grief when I need to do a repair in stages. Instead, Brian offers common sense solutions and great alternatives to solve an issue. Brian is pleasure to work with and patient with my less than knowlegeable questions :-) He walks you through the whole repair if you have questions. After another local repair shop failed twice to complete repairs without breaking other systems and costing me more money, I went looking for a better place. This is it! So nice to be able to trust a mechanic to do a great job! I read over some of the other reviews and the "one stars" are totally out of character for Brian and I suspect they are bogus. Another great experience I had with Hansen Auto Body & Automotive was when I recently needed the exhaust system repaired. Brian doesn't offer the specific work I needed, so he sent me to "Yankee Discount Muffler" nearby. Another great place that did excellent work and more than reasonable. Thank you Brian!

I stopped at gas station to see if some gas and oil would help. No such luck. I went to auto zone. They hooked up my car and told me I needed ignition plugs. My mechanic told me it was an easy fix. And he would do it later. PSYCHE! I'm LATE so he told me to see if there were any men hanging around who would consider doing it. I started to drive home and just get a rental car when I looked up and saw Pastir. I begged a man in the parking lot to help me. He told me to please go tell the manager inside because he couldn't do it. The manager was awesome. He ran outside and hooked up mg car to the diagnostic machine. He started poking my engine and figured out what parts he needed. He called and is having them delivered. I don't know if he will be successful in getting my car back on the road, damnit I know he tried and I am so grateful. So so grateful. From jump-starting a dead battery and installing a new one quickly, to completing much-needed last-minute repairs on our son's truck before he returned to college, and most recently, thoroughly investigating an emergency notification light on one of our vehicles -- they've gone above and beyond every time. Finding trustworthy and qualified mechanics is not easy, and knowing we can rely on the Mobile Trumbull Service Center right here in our town is both comforting and greatly appreciated.
