Wonderful stadium, fun crowd. I was visiting the Nurnberg area to visit with German family. Took my son (10 yo) to a match, as he always had hoped to see a Bundisliga match (even if it is league 2). Great experience. The vendors and staff made him feel at home, doing their best to communicate with his broken German and their broken English. Fantastic atmosphere for kids. The food was great, I had a hot dog (with jalepenos and fried onions... amazing) and the world famous Nurmberg Brat sandwich. Beer selection was good, I went with the Heffewiezen (dirty, not crystal!). Overall we had a great time. The ticket cost was amazingly cheap for what we are used to in the US. $37 euro for adult, $17 euro for child. Stadium was easy to get to by train and was very clean and well organized (as you would expect in Germany). Can't wait to go back again during our next visit. read more
