My wife and I have been using Max Fit KC for about 5 months now. We are in the 70 year old range, healthy but looking to increase general life activity and long life. Have you ever felt intimidated going into a gym? I don't have to worry about feeling awkward or insecure at my gym, Rapid Fit Method. I don't even know if I can say gym because it's really more. I belong to a family. I attend incredible small group classes and work with a trainer once a week. My trainer, Geoff helps me focus on areas I want to improve, while my classes kick my butt. I have lost 100 with the help of David, Geoff and the trainers of Rapid a Fit Method. This is the first place that I have felt that the staff of a gym really want to help me. How many people can say that their trainers send text messages to check on them, while at the same time push you to become better today than you were yesterday. Not going to lie, workouts are tough and you'll be sore, everyday. You might want to quit but then you realize that you begin to love to go to the gym and you see results and the encouragement you get you cannot get from any other place like you can from Rapid Fit Method. I have tried many fitness routines in the past - running, jazzercize, personal training, CrossFit, P90X and so on. As a member at RapidFit KC for a couple of years, I have found it to be by far the most well-rounded experience. The workouts are never the same, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and the nutritional advice has provided great results. They care greatly for their clients and do everything they can to provide a positive, fun and encouraging atmosphere. Love this gym!! I have been attending the small group classes 3 or 4 days per week at Rapid Fit for a little over a year now. Over the years, I have done every kind of workout class there is and this one is the perfect mix of cardio and strength. The trainers at Rapid Fit KC are top-notch when it comes to personal training, group training, and overall fitness achievement. Each trainer brings years of experience in the health and wellness field and provides the clients with the most current research in nutrition and exercise. In addition to the professional backgrounds of these personal trainers, they have a gift at making each of their clients feel important, strong, and confident. They each establish a solid rapport with the gym members and work hard to help each member meet his/her fitness goals. When I began training with David about three years ago, I was frustrated and tired of saying "nothing ever works"- because NOTHING EVER DID. I had battled with Hashimoto's auto immune disorder and an underactive thyroid for four years at that point. It wasn't until I began to understand the importance of my nutritional intake - as well as the proper amount of exercise- that I truly began to see a change in my physique. I continue to learn about what I should and shouldn't be putting into my body... and while I am not perfect, I have a strong support team to keep me focused. I have met some of my very closest friends at Rapid Fit KC, and I believe that it is because we are all on this journey of well-being together.
