I have no clue because in the 3 months I have been working one-on-one with Scott, not only is my body changing and getting stronger (duh), my belief system about health and fitness--even about myself--is changing in positive ways. Scott does a fantastic job of paying close attention to where you're starting your journey and has an authenticity about him as you move through his program. Yes, he is a true expert in his field. Sure, he is all about your gains in the gym and provides incredible variety to ensure your body and mind don't get too comfortable. Yep, definitely provides resources for handling nutrition but does so with patience and care. My journey has just started, and even though I am a fan of baby steps, Scott is there to see me through as long as I am committed. It is one of my best investments and one I plan to make as long as it takes. Seriously, check them out. Good people.

I love them already!…read more Jim and Tim are great people and super easy to get along with. They help push you along and keep you motivated. Plus, with 2 big burly guys watching over you why would you want to quit?! They help you through a circuit training and it's easy to not get bored with it. They don't make you do the same workout twice. I think it's a great place. Well worth your buck.

They come up with different routines each day. Having your workout set and monitored by a personal trainer makes all the difference in the world. Everyone is welcome regardless or your fitness level. Both Jim and Tim as well as the other clients are very supportive to new comers so give them a call, or stop by some time. P.S. For some reason a number of ratings sites and listing services are listing the CTC as closed. This location never closed.

It's not the biggest gym in town but it doesn't have to be...it's Great. It's really clean (and they enforce masks in and out and when not exercising) with brand new equipment, a locker room with showers , a room for classes and stretching, full range of cardio, weights and machines and certainly the very best deals I've seen in the metro , especially for a 24 hour gym. They even have 2 other locations you can use . Come check it out...you'll probably see me!

I was a member until I unfortunately broke my leg Dec. 2024, at which point I called to cancel my membership a few months after. The staff confirmed my cancellation, and I was not charged up until recently. However, out of nowhere this year I was charged over $200. When I called to address the issue, I was told my account had never actually been canceled, despite the prior confirmation and months without any charges. The representative I spoke with displayed a concerning lack of professionalism and empathy. His only solution was to "waive the $15 fee on the account and call it good," which is completely insufficient given the circumstances. I will be disputing these charges with my bank, and I would caution anyone considering joining this gym. The lack of accountability, disorganized billing practices, and dismissive customer service make this a place I cannot, and will not, recommend to anyone.
