Have found my way here a few times in the past couple of weeks to get some shopping gone. Appreciate the underground parking option, especially on super hot days.

Small mall by river in Bilbao. Not far from the Guggenheim Museum. Three or four levels of shops…read moreand restaurants. It's a nice and modern as far as decor. There's a parking garage below as well. The first two hours are free. Vans, H & M, a sun glasses store, a candy store, Tattoo and Piercings place, and a bunch of other places. There's also a movie theater here and a few sit down restaurants and a few fast food places. There is a supermarket on the lower level as well which is very convenient.
