QT is also a safe place so if you are ever in a situation where the need arises you can go to a QT and the staff is trained in how to help or refer out to who can help. Instead of embarrassing a little girl at checkout, the employee recognized what was happening and kindly pushed the transaction through. I saw the incorrect PIN notification on my phone, immediately tried calling my daughter, and we both went back to settle the payment. That small act of kindness and understanding meant a lot. It's refreshing to see people use good judgment, compassion, and common sense in moments like that. Thank you to the team for handling the situation with such grace.
