One lonely cashier had her hands full working the register. So we waited till a couple of ladies were done with their dressing rooms and took over before the door slammed shut. I generally like the merchandise here, but also learned that a lot of the colors here fade extremely in the was (yes, I followed the instructions). Really never put any colors purchased here with anything not of the very same color, unless you're looking to dye a few things. The ladies (now there were 2) were nice enough at the check out. When they asked who helped us, we did let them know that no one could be bothered. We did see a cluster of other employees standing around apparently having a little chat session... it's a rather frustrating scenario.

I will no longer shop at the loft nor support their store in any way. DO NOT shop here...waste of time and money. The customer told her that it wasn't funny and kind if awkwardly said that she was buying the skirt for her sister but it shouldn't matter any way it was very inappropriate and unprofessional.
