Her professionalism is evident in her knowledge, cleanliness, and amazing IV-start skills. I have notoriously small and fragile veins. Jen just needed one try, and she got it without any pain. Adding even another layer of difficulty. This was the first time she met me, and I was just discharged from the hospital, so most of my veins that people would use were either blown or heavily bruised, so her pickings were slim. I am an RN myself, and I was just so pleased and impressed by the whole visit, start to finish. Not to mention how even with multiple chronic illnesses (long covid, fibro, POTS, etc.) I felt a positive difference in my energy and health after the infusion. I plan to take advantage of her services again in the near future.
