The next morning we called again to get a ride back to the marina from the motel and the driver (different individual) had major anger issues. First of all, he had to wait a minute or so while I finished at the front desk which apparently upset him. Then, Safe Harbor Port Royal wasn't specific enough so he said I'll just drop you where I feel like it. As I was trying to find the specific address, he proceeded to make derogatory comments using foul and denigrating language. After three or four of those comments, I had had enough and asked him what his problem was. Apparently, I was his f**king problem and the diatribe continued until he pulled over and told us to get out. When I asked for his name, the answer I got was f**k you, that's my name. We were barely able to grab our stuff out of the hatchback before he sped off, hatchback still open. I called the number to complain about him but didn't get an answer. We tried Uber and Lyft and another cab company but didn't have any luck. Besides, we were standing beside Ribaut Road in 40 degree weather so we had to walk the almost 2 miles to the marina. Use this company and your own peril. I don't like leaving negative feedback and I hate that this could hurt the other drivers but this has to be said.

Mattie and John are dependable, professional, and a joy to converse with on the hour trip.
