He listened to our ideas and provided feedback, and in the end designed us two beautiful rings that we will cherish forever! The Manager, Tammy has left the company (not surprised)…read moreand the assistant manager, "Deb" is inept, incompetent, can't communicate - I could go on and on, but instead I reported her to Corporate! Hopefully, Corporate will DO something about the service - or I should say LACK of service at this store!!
