Not a single place in Vienna I visited could compare with this small and almost invisible cafe which is right across the river bridge near the entrance to Old City. All waiter are great, welcoming and friendly. There is no crowd, nor overwhelming tourists group. I sit there with my perfect lunch and I thought I was in my sweet dream. Strongly recommended ... but, well, don't share my secret with too many!

They definitely have a different selection of burgers - in fact, getting just a regular burger was a bit of an ordeal but they did it. They also don't put out all the condiment stuff that you usually find in the states - no salt or pepper packets, ketchup dispensers, etc. - not even napkin dispensers. They give you a napkin per person with your meal and that's it. They have two floors of indoor eating space, so can seat quite a few people, but if you go out back they actually have a nice big outdoor patio with umbrella tables, small couches, etc. that you can eat at as well.
