Excellent service. Knowledgeable. Honor their word. And the best prices in town if you're looking on a budget. That being said, I've needed a larger mattress for my lady and I. She was very patient with me, while I figured it out. As soon as I realized I needed one it had been months... My dad needed a full size mattress for a guest room. He bought my bed and I was able to raise my budget, I went in 3 times in the last week, changing my mind every time. Megan helped me the first day, wrestling mattress after mattress down and putting them away all 20 minutes before close. Even offering to order and bring a mattress for me from Seattle if I needed one they didn't have. Lots of stores in Seattle. The next two times were two days apart and Eric helped me in the stressful choice of a new mattress. He didn't try and sell me a million dollar bed. He understood my price was my price. Instead of selling me an average mattress in my price range he helped me into the mattress my lady wouldn't get off of haha. A massive price reduction was offered to me the second time in, and the final time he remembered me and honored his word. I was out within 10 minutes with the bed my lady and I decided on. My back was hurting every morning after sleeping on a bed that was only 5yrs old. I walked into mattress depot (conveniently next to Target) not knowing what I was looking for. Meghan asked me a series of questions regarding my sleep positions and helped me narrow down my search. I had no idea that side/stomach sleepers should never sleep on a pillow top, which is what I had!! I found what I thought was the perfect bed, took it home, gave it a month and it just wasn't right. I went back to the store and explained my complications. Meghan helped me find another bed, that has thankfully fixed my issues. The new bed was delivered, the old one removed and all was taken care of promptly and with zero hassle! One of the delivery men was actually the owner! I work in sales and customer service so I like to a acknowledge great service when i receive. I was referred by a friend and I'm very glad I gave them a call as they went above and beyond to help me order a boxspring for my aunt. My aunt had moved into a house with very narrow doorway and we couldn't get her boxspring upstairs so i called and explained to the gentleman named Ryan the situation. They had two options but wasn't sure if one of them would work so he let me send him a pic of the bedframe to make sure we got the correct option. I am so impressed with Mattress Depot. I bought a mattress and boxspring (which my son says works very well) for about 1/3 the ticket price. The owner and his brother made the delivery. They were kind and extremely helpful, resetting the frame so that it would fit a queen instead of a full size mattress. After they left, my son hopped on the bed, and the corner collapsed. This was not the fault of the mattress but rather of the wooden frame, which had bowed. I called our expert delivery men and they promptly returned to our home, repositioned the mattress, and told me what I should do to secure it given that the frame was bowed. I greatly appreciate their friendliness and helpfulness, and highly recommend them! read more

We've done a lot of shopping around looking for the best mattresses for the best prices and were so pleased with Mattress Depot! We bought two different twin mattresses (one memory foam, one plush). And then a few days later we went back for a queen (hybrid). Both of my sons love their mattresses and my husband and I love ours as well. They are high quality mattresses for unbeatable prices! Also the customer service there was far better than anything we encountered at the other places we looked. No sleazy, pushy "car salesman" feel! Amazing to work with. Visited the store twice trying to decide who to buy through and what we wanted. Both times we were there, they were so helpful and informative. They have great warranties and will deliver! They also have the best pricing around, we did our research! Dante helped us the day we purchased and was awesome. We are very impressed with our overall experience with Mattress Depot. Megan was very helpful when it came to specific questions we had about the differences in the mattresses. This place is the spot if you need a bed in spokane! Megan helped me decide on a very comfortable pillowtop that had a scuff for a DEEP discount. She was very patient and took the time to be sure I found the right bed. The owner's brother delivered that night! Cannot ask for better service than that. They took my old mattress away even.
