Further, although ECHO has videos and manuals on how to tear down and fix your equipment on-line, they mandate the dealer do the work - which leaves you without your equipment for up to 30 days. I offered to bring my torn down saw with bad warranty parts to the dealer to pick up new parts - they do not stock the parts and wanted to keep the saw for repair - even after I explained I am a rural customer and it is a long drive for me. Nope. Nothing.

I had found a program that would help me through a 1% interest loan that I would repay, and Hess's was willing to work with the program. They provided me with a new estimate so I could submit it to the loan company, and now, just two weeks later, I have a brand-new well! Oh and the price was lower then the estimate, so thats less out of pocket. From start to finish, they have been professional, efficient, caring, and incredibly helpful.
