No offer to schedule a consultation was made and she would not say that they are not accepting new clients. My view is it's best to know early on if you're going to be treated well or not. So I guess I feel fortunate to know so quickly.

Within our 1-hour appointment, he not only successfully amended my 2021 return and completed my 2022 return, he also broke down the reason for my IRS letter and how to fix it. I am a safety consultant. I work about 50 weeks at construction projects all over the country…read more Every year, I would have to search for a local tax preparer to file my taxes. And while most tax prepares are familiar with tax issues for normal tax payers, there are many unique issues specific to people that work on the road. This resulted in many tax deductions being missed and resulted in me paying more taxes then required. Then two years ago, I met the owner & proprietor of Hewitt Business Consultants, Laurice Hewitt. She specializes in tax services for road workers, is familiar with the deductions specific to road workers, and has helped ensure I receive all the tax return I am entitled to receive. She also has helped me better organize my tax records so I can better take advantage of tax deductions specific to mobile workers, is always available to answer any tax related questions (perhaps the biggest frustration when working multiple jobs across the country) and is committed to ensuring I receive every possible deduction I am entitled to receive. The commitment to her clients, her outstanding customer service, and her willingness to always be available to answer questions, separates Hewitt Business Consultants, and Laurice Hewitt from all other tax services I have used.
