I've been a client of TWFG-Lovecchio Insurance going into my second year. My agent is Steven…read moreCastay, an upcoming and young business man, that is really able to serve millennials as well as all other adults having insurance needs. Steven is professional, he's patient, and able to discuss your personal insurance needs better than some of the seasoned insurance agents. Stephen listened to the pros and cons of my experiences with other insurances. He scheduled me for an inspection, then we went over the flood zoning map, and how it affected my protection, and how to look for any cause that may or may not be helpful in any type of adjustments for my particular case. I understood the whole process of mandatory flood insurance when we finished. Even though we hate to pay so much every year, we have got to be insured. Steven is such a gentleman, soft spoken and welcoming. He's accessible, accommodating, and did not hesitate to get on the phone with my former insurance agency straightening out some errors that was made on my former account. Steven is also a family man, loves golfing and other sports, he's well rounded. He's a handsome young man, and not some one who's grumpy, bah! humbug, grrrrrrrrr! The building TWFG, is beautiful, welcoming and calming. Tracy is at the desk, she's a sweetheart. Very welcoming, very professional and kind, so don't feel bad if you're coming in with just the fender you had left, on your totaled car, huh? Yeah, Tracy is there to direct you to an agent, she keeps lots of Kleenex if you're a crier,OK. I was also fortunate enough to meet the office manager, Gregory C. Brown. He's a handsome man who looks, Greek, Spanish (Spain), French, huh, all dat, yeah dat's what his DNA report says. Gregory Brown has a great sense of humor and welcomes a client, with genuine LUV! Dat is nat'ually nu'awlins yall. Once you're in the office, you're glad you came, and glad you've decided to do business at TWFG-Lovecchio Insurance. They provide you with homeowners, property, flood, motor bikes, auto, wind, etc. Call and ask for Steven-Agent, Gregory- Mgr/Agent. Check it out to see if you can save in any way. Don't forget to tell Steven you heard about him and Greg on YELP. I'm outta heah Ya'll They're at: 1510 Robert E. Lee Blvd New Orleans, La 70122 504-284-7778

Once, while I…read morewas visiting New Orleans, Rick and I were at Cafe du Monde, and over coffee a past client walked up to Rick to thank him for the help he'd given the year before. I've even heard Rick tell me stories of how his team helps the community, even those people who wind up NOT getting a loan through The Crozier Team. That's what I call a team player; he's in it to win it by being the best version of himself - and leading that way - possible for his team, his clients, his community. Full transparency: I've not gotten a loan through Rick's services (I live in California) but I've introduced my own friends and clients who live in NOLA to The Crozier Team. See for yourself.
