It's been over 9 months and we have yet to receive the bulk of our pictures. She initially sent us a few 'proof' pics after our photoshoot in July 2021, but has stopped communicating with us regarding the remaining pictures or the option of a refund. We even gave her the option of sending the pictures unedited, but have now been completely ghosted. Our patience and understanding through this waiting period has now waned due to her lack of communication and follow through. We feel as though we lost time, money, and most of all, the mementos from our special day. This was especially disappointing for our parents overseas who could not attend our wedding due to Covid19.

We have requested the unedited photos but these have not been provided either. We are angry, fed up and very stressed by the whole situation. We paid a lot of money for a service that hasn't been completed in a year. If Anna just provided the unedited photos to all the couples waiting the situation would be over but here we are still waiting. We hope that we will get the photos one day but that is looking less likely and it's heart breaking that those memories of our special day could be gone forever. It's a disgusting way to treat the people that trusted Anna with the most special day of their lives
