I suffer from plantar fasciitis along with a few other things and it was hard to find a chiropractor that offered an array of techniques that I was looking for (Graston, active release technique, acupuncture) and I was so happy when I found a place that did. Dr. Ben really takes time to listen to your concerns and comes up with an action plan to help you become pain free. He is always willing to adjust the plan and work off your feelings and makes you feel validated. It's more than a quick adjustment and then "see you next week!" I truly feel cared for here and listened to and as a patient there isn't anything more valuable than that. I am a loyal patient from here on out :)

Dr. Kelly got me in the following day. After the consultation treatments started immediately. I was impressed. Dr. Tolle is also into fitness so she understands the frustration with not being able to exercise or not having the range of motion or slight pain involved in everyday movements let alone fitness training. If you're hesitant to try a chiropractor, worry not. Dr. Kelly's engaging personality will completely set you at ease. I have been seeing Dr. Tolle for the whiplash since the accident and I am way beyond where I ever thought I would be at this point in the treatments. My improvement is measurable and now I can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel. That light being full range of motion again or feeling more like "Gumby" than "the tin man".

Countless times I have come in for a routine adjustment feeling fine and by the end of the day or next day I am in pretty extreme pain. As someone who has received chiropractic care my whole life and has seen many doctors at the Joint the over past 4 years, Dr. Carlos is one of the worst chiropractors I've ever been treated by. Something is off with his technique, I almost always develop weird nerve pain after I see him. I will drive to other locations or come on days when he's not there if I can. But sometimes it's unavoidable, like today. But after today I will never be treated by him again. I am in such excruciating pain. Pain that I didn't have before and not in any area I've had a problem with. Not muscle soreness, nerve pain like he messed something up bad. I've brought this up to a Dr at another location and they said they've been hearing the same thing from other clients so I know it's not just me. Don't go to this location on a day that he's there.

I have been going to chiropractors for years, but the Dr. that adjusted me today was more thorough than I have ever experienced. As a new patient, they took the time to examine, reevaluate after each adjustment, explain each thing they were going to do, and even did a few adjustments that prior chiropractors hadn't done on me before. I left feeling great! The adjustment area is open, so another patient may be getting treatment at the same time as you (not as awkward as I initially thought it would be). Due to this set up, I overheard the bedside manner with repeat clients and they were just as thorough. The clinic is clean, modern, has ample parking, and in a convenient plaza! I see a prior review that referenced sales being pushed - I didn't personally feel that way at all! While they do offer subscriptions and packages, it wasn't pushed on me but did prove to be much more cost effective. The new patient appointment was $29 including the initial exam and adjustment which was quite reasonable. Repeat visits are $45 which is in line with other chiropractors in the area, but they also offer numerous packages that lower the cost! For example, I chose a package that offers 6 visits to be used within 12 months for $199. I'll definitely be back!
