Every now and then he'd respond, usually with vague excuses or more empty reassurances. It was exhausting, frustrating, and ultimately fruitless. After months and months of this, I had no choice but to file a formal complaint with the California Bar Association. Only then did I finally receive a partial refund. In November 2024, Marc told me he was mailing the remainder of that refund. Guess what? It never arrived--and I haven't heard from him since. I've followed up repeatedly via phone and email, and he's completely ghosted me. Marc is unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest. He preys on people in vulnerable positions and vanishes once he's gotten what he wants. Please, don't make the same mistake I did. Stay far, far away.
