But boy have they grown, it was nice to get in touch with them again, they were very helpful, and very helpful to talk to, they paid attention to my needs of my items, and did not disregard, my concerns, after me telling them my bad experience with another moving company, had damaged my items of value, and would not take any responsibility at all. Well Munden's Moving & Storage you have done me right, just like they did back in 1994 Munden Moving & Storage, your team is Great service and support, thank you for your time, and care of your clients. it just goes to show you CARE comes a long way. :) THANKS !!!

His front desk admin was extremely professional and pleasant as well We ordered some cushions for our camper van / RV, and wanted to re-use foam from an existing full-size mattress and cut it to spec to fit the van. He understood exactly what we wanted, and asked questions to make sure we would get it right. The end result was absolutely perfect - better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Ace!!

5 Star Moving Rating Interstate move from Ontario to New Brunswick…read moreI used Reasonable Trucking to move my 2-bedroom condo furniture and belongings from Markham, Ontario to Sussex, New Brunswick in early September, 2016 - in spite of one extremely negative review posted on the Internet. I did this because I felt no company could be that bad and still remain in business, and the courteous and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices quoted and transparency of the information seemed to belie the rating. I'm glad I did. Pick-up and delivery were as stated, cost was right on quote, service was excellent, and Shane and helper, who did the actual wrapping and moving of my furniture and belongings, seemed to treat them as though they were their own. I didn't even take out extra insurance on my antique furniture (not that I would recommend that to others) and have no regrets. Bed, tables, etc were reassembled upon delivery at no extra cost. What a great, stress-free experience.

Not so they don't choose this company, but so they are aware of what happened to us, so that it doesn't happen to others. The loading in Ontario went well. When they showed up in Nova Scotia, they wanted to be paid prior to us even seeing any of our items. When I paid for the bill, I was told that only half of our items were in the truck. Then when they showed up a week later with what I thought was the remains of our stuff, there were still things missing. It is now two months later and I am still waiting on items. When I got in touch with the office, I was told "As I mentioned on the phone a few days ago, we will be there at some point to deliver the rest of your items." So not cool!!!!! Whatever company you use, make sure you have a list and that you check things off as they get moved off the truck!!!

Six months ago I first met Dean for help with a blown hard drive. His repairs were perfect,…read morereasonably priced and he explained every step he was taking. My computer worked better than ever, until now, but nothing to do with his work, but more the fault of Microsoft. I run Windows 10 which I find fine, BUT Microsoft decided I need Windows 11 and installed it without my authority. Many of my apps dont work with !! so I tried to revert back to Windows 10 which I have done before. This time I got the blue screen of death upon startup, and seemingly no way out without my Authorizing Key, which of course I didn't have. so again I called Dean. As usual he performed his magic and was able to located them very promptly and again I'm up and running with Windows 10. Dean is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I am ok on computer knowledge be he is a "Computer Guru" and I would highly recommend him if you want things done right.

Dean is extremely helpful and patient. We will definitely be calling him again. Highly recommended!read more

I recently moved from an apartment into a house and used their services with great results. The…read moretruck was big enough to get everything in one load (3 bedroom apartment) and our two movers were very friendly, professional and easy to work with. This was the best experience I've ever had with a moving company so I figured I'd post about my experience. In the past I would "roll the dice" with mixed results. Not to worry with this company!

Shelley and the crew from Gentle Giant Movers did a phenomenal job on my daughter's local move in…read moreHalifax. Over the phone and by email, Shelley handled all of my long-distance requests (I was in the States and my daughter is in Halifax) with patience, and always in a timely manner. She accommodated our need for overnight storage, and worked with our timing to get out of one place and into another. The day of the move, which happened during the NS wildfires, the company's timing got a little derailed, through no fault of their own. When that impacted my daughter's move, they proactively waived some fees as compensation, and worked with her to make sure that they could still get the move done in time. Shelley sent over an extra mover, and when we suggested doing the move right into the new place, without the overnight hold (we were able to get her into the new place earlier than expected!), Shelley rolled with the punches, and pivoted to execute the move in one day. The extra mover (which we were not charged for) and the whole crew worked quickly but carefully, and got the move done in record time. Overall, it was tremendous value for what we got, and the move was done faster than we expected! Being far away was stressful for me, but Shelley made sure that everything ran smoothly and that my daughter was taken care of. I would highly recommend Gentle Giant for your local move. We can't thank Shelley and the crew enough for the care they took with our daughter's move!

I recently ordered a large 20', 4 panel display for my company and am disgusted with their poor…read morecustomer service. I had designed the panels so part of the image bleeds from one panel to the next so I asked for the design templates with trim lines so I could ensure the image lined up. They told me they didn't have that and reassured me their production would make sure my design lined up properly. They insisted I send them the original design files rather than a print file. Sure enough, the design on the panels did not line up and part of the design itself was altered. Their "proof" was a small jpg image inserted into the body of an email which made it very difficult to note any changes to the design. They refuse to reprint at least one of the panels to fix the problem. I would not recommend using this company if you are picky about how your design is displayed. If you don't care how they mess it up, then go for it. Otherwise, steer clear of this company.
