Chris at Capital Air organised a tech to come out that very afternoon. Indeed, "Dan" was available 3 hours earlier than the appointment, but phoned ahead to make sure we were happy with an earlier arrival. Dan was courteous and ready to jump up on the roof and clear out our unit of the accumulated muck and bugs of the a/c. He then checked for correct operation to specification, and gave us advice as to how to optimise the effectiveness of the unit. We were given a complete report on work done, and convenient options for payment without incurring surcharges. I would not hesitate to recommend Capital Air for servicing of evaporative air conditioners, and will be calling Chris if ever we are in need of his firm's services. BTW, I personally prefer a place with split system refrigerated a/c if I have my druthers, but expect these folks to be able to service it if needed, too.

All my worldly possessions were still in suitcases or strewn about my bedroom when I returned from Coles to find literally everything I own covered in shattered glass and leaves. But what can you do but laugh? Laugh, and go pick up some clean-up beers, tape, trash bags, and a broom. As I walked through my neighborhood toward the shops, I was unsurprised to see that other houses had lost windows, trees lost whole sections, and one building had its door entirely shattered. I happened across Mick the glazier, who was already attending to this shattered door. I chatted to him about the sudden severity of the storm, and he seemed as bemused and bewildered as I was. He offered to come take a look at my damage when he finished with the door, but he actually did me one better- boarding them up with spare glass, epoxy, and gaffer tape. He took my estate agents' info and said he'd be in touch. Fast forward to nearly three weeks of phone calls, emails, insurance claims, company bids, etc., and Mick and his coworker were back to replace the glass. They were quick, clean, friendly, played excellent tunes on the radio, and I learned a lot about building practices in ACT (steel frame windows = very troublesome). I would rate them 5 stars but the winders are completely shot, so I still can't open the windows (but at least now they're not shattered!). Somehow no one told the guys that this needed to be done as well. Mick took one of the broken winders with him, so I expect I'll be updating this review when the job is done. Thanks dudes!

We cannot speak highly enough of the work that David and Josh put into this project. The innovation and design they used to fit the deck to our house are amazing and we are very impressed with the detailed, extensive work that went into ensuring that the deck sat on a solid and level footing. While the overall appearance of the finished deck is brilliant, we would particularly like to praise the beautiful finish that has been put into the edges and surrounds. Every corner and niche has been smoothly and precisely finished, making this a delight to use and run our hands over. David and Josh are, in our books, craftsmen of the highest order.
