I love this store. It's amazing. I've walked by it a 100 times and never really thought about what…read morewas inside. Of course, I was not in the market for pillows or beds before. After my massage therapist recommended to me to try their pillows, I zipped in there. I won't go into the "sustainability" factors of this product. It is on their website. Bottom line is, these are made with recycled material and very environmentally friendly. The manager is very knowledgeable and a sleep specialist. He recommended several pillows for me. I love my new pillow and my sleep is so much better. Also, their linen (pillow cases and sheets) are fantastic! So comfortable. I can't wait for the day when I can buy one of their mattresses! I also bought a bed for my doggies. They are wonderful. They are made with spare material when the factories have "downtime" - but you can't tell by looking at them. HIGH quality indeed. Their prices have gone up a lot lately but that is because they are quality.

I had so much fun in Coco-Mat looking for beds and pillows. The sales person first directed us to…read morethe 16,000 euro bed, then we said in a sense humour way, it looks like we will definitely be leaving with just a pillow. The prices for most of the beds were definitely out of our financial league. However, they do sell some economical mattresses that start at 3,000 euros, but then the price spikes up high significantly. I was not interested in the only one that they had on display for the Netherlands. However, I was a fan of some of the other products in the shop that I thought were economical. The sales team in here was very pleasant. Invited us out to their guest home for free in Greece to view more of their fine beds, and surprisingly gave us some really nice gift bags with goodies in it for our home. The nice part about Coco-Mat they are located all over the globe. Their inventory is more then just mattresses, so don't be financially intimidated to come in here, because not all their products will break the piggy bank. At the moment they are promoting a great cause on behalf of women with breast cancer. I would strongly encourage folks to check it out. You can make your own nice pillow for only 35 euros, and a part of the proceeds supports women who have been impacted by breast cancer. They have some serious nice and firm pillows in here.

I pass Zara most of the time during their annual sales, as I find the prices a bit on the steep side..and the service..ah..no comment there.. the girls are not interested, they have sour faces.. Oh Zara, Zara..why do you force fresh lemon juice on your employees...This is second experience with "sour" faces...or is this company's brand image...???Not sure...

I do not recommend ordering large furniture items from Zara Home based on my experience…read more I ordered a large area rug (over 9' x 12') that cost more than $1,000. Given the price, I was surprised to hear it was packaged in nothing more than a thin cardboard box, with no protective wrapping or cushioning. Unfortunately, the shipping company, CEVA, rescheduled my delivery multiple times before ultimately informing me that the rug had been damaged in transit and would not be delivered. While the damage may have occurred during shipping, I believe the lack of protective packaging (communicated to me by the delivery courier) significantly increased the likelihood of this happening, especially for such a large and expensive item. What made the experience even more frustrating was the replacement process. I had to call customer service almost every day just to receive updates, as there was very little proactive communication. My family was in the middle of moving, and we intentionally ordered the rug in advance so it would arrive before our furniture. When I asked if the replacement shipment could be expedited given the circumstances, I was told it would require approval, but no one could provide a timeline or guarantee. Ironically, that approval process only caused additional delays. Customer service was also disappointing. Representatives repeatedly told me they could not transfer me to anyone with more authority and that I would need to wait 48 hours for an update. In reality, it took five days to hear back, and the only update I received was that my replacement order was being prepared with standard shipping and that I would receive new tracking information. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. I expected better packaging, clearer communication, and a more customer-focused resolution, especially considering this was a purchase of more than $1,000. Based on my experience, I would recommend purchasing large furniture or home décor items from a retailer with a more established delivery and customer service process.
