I called Duke and Spectrum about temporarily taking the lines down but they refused to assist. Zach felt his climber (Steve) could work with the situation and he was absolutely correct. It wasn't exactly easy and it took 2 days but the team systematically cut down the 110ft tree to a stump without a single issue. No damage to anything. They then trimmed the other 2 large maple trees and because of carpenter ants, treated the ground area for those trees. Zach and team cut up and stacked the wood so I can distribute it to friends of mine. He hauled away the large pieces of wood. Yard clean up was immaculate. Everyone was polite. I have already given Zach's info to my Mom and her neighbor.

For the price they quoted, they put down 7 yards of mulch and with the mulch they put in a crisp edge around our beds and trimmed our numerous bushes! The two young men who did the work were outstanding and polite. When they finished, they cleaned every bit of stray mulch in the yard and on the street. Keith, one of the owners, was prompt and exact when telling what work his crew would do. And they definitely under promised and over delivered. Will definitely use Shelby Landscaping for all our future needs!

Then he chemically stripped the house and building. The stripper also removed the paint from our gutters, drip edges,, and the finish off of all of door hardware. It stained the garage doors and all the other doors. Also all the outside lights were filled with the stripper water. As a result of all this, we had to have our gutters replaced, all doors repainted and hardware replaced, replaced the outdoor lights, had to take apart and clean all the storm doors. Needless to say we are really disappointed. It was a lot of money just to have it last less than 2 years. We do not recommend them to do a restoration on a loghome. They were not properly equipped to do this kind of job. We now have to start all over again. If you need someone to soft wash they are great for that.
