In a very short time, David met with me, prepared and filed a lawsuit for me, served the summons and complaint and went to mediation for several hours with both parties and settled my case! He did all of this without accepting anything less than we were willing to walk away with, and we were fully prepared to take it to court if necessary. The other party's intent was to complicate the case with so many irrelevant claims and inaccurate accusations so as to distract from the truth. After about 45 minutes of the other side's arguments, in less than three minutes, David quietly summed up the facts, the law and what the Court would do if the case did not settle. Two hours later, we left mediation with an enforceable agreement that was exactly what we had previously demanded.
