I called and explained my issue and the gentleman stated , no problem should be about 100$ on top of the diagnostics fee . I stated no problem with that cost. I get a call a few days later and they state the cost is 149$. I explained what the Manager stated to me and they stated it was untrue. Yes, its only a 50$ difference, however it was the point . I felt like they were trying to get over. So I declined the service. I went to another location of Ubreakitifix franchise in Bowie and had a wonderful experience. And they charged me the correct amount of $100 to fix the issue. The Bowie location had excellent customer service.
