It is specifically prepared Bavarian style where the cheese is baked in a wooden oven giving it a warm and soft taste making your taste buds go wild. Both were well made and good to eat. The carpaccio was a generous portion, well dressed with arugula/rocket and parmesan shavings. For main course, we had the scalopini with mushrooms and tagliatele bolognese. The generous portion of bolognese was delicious served with perfectly cooked pasta. The scalopini were ok. For desert we ordered creme brulee and panna cotta. The sugar on the creme brulee is torched at the table. This was well made and delicious. The panna cotta was not fully set so it was flat on plate. It was also too sweet. This dessert should not habe been served in the state it was in as it was clearly not ready, they took it off the bill. I would possibly try the place again if in the area but not a go to for Italian food.
