It's a local shop with very friendly staff who can't do enough to help, and are full of information. The prices of the scooters are fairly reasonable too, not as cheap as buying from a private seller, but you get the added bonus of protection under the Sales of Goods Act when buying commercially. The demo models are kept very clean too. They also arrange servicing for you, which is a big convenience bonus.

I didn't have overly high expectations really, as my previous experience with manufacturer dealerships hasn't been overly brilliant - though, admittedly, that was with a different manufacturer (Ford) and a different area. In all honesty, though, RRG were great. They were able to not only book my car in at relatively short notice, as I only called up a couple of days ago, but being able to book it for a Saturday was brilliant. The icing on top came in the fact that they were willing to price match a quote from another dealership for the same work, and offer me a deal on future work to boot. The staff were friendly, and more than happy to answer my daft questions about servicing plans and how they compared to paying outright at the time. There's complimentary drinks available - I opted for a bottle of water - and some little snack things on the tables, like biscuits and sweets. In terms of the actual service, for the car that is, that's a pretty standard routine dictated by the manufacturer but the paperwork I received back was clear and detailed with everything which had been checked and to what standard. The staff also weren't pushy. They tried to upsell me some stuff, as you'd expect any dealer to do when they've got you, but it was very much along the line of "Here's the information, take it home and have a read and if you're interested, let us know". Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received from RRG and would happily recommend them to other Mazda owners. The site also houses a Suzuki dealer, and for those of you with more money a Lexus showroom too.
