Probably the best restaurant in Gavle! Very nice menu, not a lot to chose from but a good selection. The menu changes regulary but certain dishes stay on the there. They use a lot of local and homemade ingredients. The food is very nicely presented. The only remarque I had was that the 'moules frites' ware a bit overcooked and because I come from the country that loves their mussels we know how they should be, but they ware nicely seasoned. read more

Delightfully wonderful and patient. The food was fantastic. We tried at least 10 dishes of the the menu, and every single one was exquisite. Quotes from others in the group: OMG dont miss out on the rhubarb dessert! The aged steak melts in mouth ... Even the house beer... A real treat The sorbet is incredible, it's a variety of tastes that come together wonderfully. read more
