It is a well known profiterole place in one of the most popular streets of Istanbul. They only serve profiteroles, tea and coffee. They have lots of options for the filling of the profiterole and for the sauce on top. You can either make your own profiterole by mixing and matching the tastes you like or you can choose from the recipes on the menu. I have tried two of their recipes, Jaune and Rouge. Jaune was profiterole with classic filling, milk chocolate sauce on top with the addition of banana pieces. It was DELICIOUS. The taste of the chocolate was perfect and it was not heavy at all! Rouge was profiterole with strawberry filling, white chocolate sauce and a scoop of white chocolate on top. It also tasted good however the white chocolate sauce tasted more like custard rather than white chocolate. I also tried their milk chocolate and caramel pate a chouxs. Both were AMAZING! The outside was baked perfectly and the cold filling was freshening you with a delicious after taste! I highly recommend this place! read more
