It's really disappointing that instead of focusing on options to help the student, they focused most of the call on BLAMING the student. I asked if it was an option for my son to repeat the course in hopes that it will result in a better outcome the second time around. They bluntly said: "No, that is not an option. We do not give guarantees" Considering that larger competitors like Princeton Review are confident enough in their program to offer guarantees on your test results, one should think twice before signing up with Excel.
