The first law firm I called basically said my case was worthless to them so I figured no one would take it until a nurse at the hospital recommended Mr. Graves and his law firm. I still didn't even want to bother because I figured I was at fault for what happened ect. Well I was very wrong, I contacted them and they made it incredibly simple and quick. I'm not even done recovering yet and they were already able to help me receive a check for the damages and I sat back and really didn't have to do anything but sign a couple papers that they got to me and they did the rest. I just wanted to thank them because at this time with being out of work I am pretty down and out and able to take the opportunity to reset and get back on my feet and move forward. Incredibly respectful and were non judgemental about the situation and police reports. If you want to be compensated for pain or whatever it is you're going through then these people are the ones to go to. Thanks for everything it's highly appreciated

Towards the end of our consult he said to me no matter if I hired him or went with someone else, I should get on it right away. I appreciated he wasn't trying to sell himself to me and was providing me with sound advise. Ultimately, I went with Attorney Kessler. He promised to have my boyfriend home for the Holidays and he kept his word. Kameron (Kessler called him the Gatekeeper, LOL) was amazing! He responded to my emails in a timely manner and provided me with all the information I needed for the case. Very happy with their office.

He gets 1 star, but his office girls are rock stars - so I had to bump it up to 2 for them.

From the beginning, Brian was very informative and straight forward. I felt very comfortable dealing with them as they are unpretentious and extremely professional. Communication was excellent and if we had any questions or concerns I could reach out and get an answer or resolution. He and his staff are thorough and methodical. They explain every step of the process and when the time came our bankruptcy came off without a hitch. They are also very flexible. We didn't have all of their fee, so they let us do an installment plan and once paid they filed our case. It is so good to be free of nagging debt we could not pay. Many thanks to Cohen Law!

Jay Kirschner represented my family member in an exceptionally challenging situation. I am so happy my husband and I chose to work with Jay. He holds true to his values, listens to what you have to say and is aggressive in his defense. I believe Mr. Kirschner is an intelligent, experienced defense lawyer. The problem is, I think he's…read moreeither gotten to the point where he's overworked and doesn't have time for you, or he's just starting to care less than he used to. I could be wrong; I'm not really sure what the case is. I am sure that my husband sat in the SL County Jail for over 2 months, waiting for his attorney to arrive. I had to get a different attorney just 12 days before his hearing, because Mr. Kirschner never did appear at the jail even once to consult with his client. It was really sad, because I was out of state and couldn't do anything...in the end, I literally tried to beg him to go, but he would not respond. Mr. Kirschner has defended his actions by saying he had been on vacation, was too busy with another case, he "didn't need" to consult with his client, that my husband could have made a collect call to his office, and goes on and on about how he represented my (totally unrelated) case a few years ago, and how he represented my husband when he was initially arrested a couple years ago, and how our new attorney "let the Government persuade the Judge to issue an illegal sentence" (of course I called an appellate attorney; this was an open plea and there was no illegal sentence issued), etc etc etc, all of which have nothing to do with the blatant fact that Mr. Kirschner ignored his client. Shockingly, Mr. Kirschner even wrote to me that he cared "not a whit" about any of this. Sadly, things did not end well for my poor husband. Again, I do not know why Mr. Kirschner did this. All I can say is: "People don't care how much you know or who you know, until they know how much you care." Less

By the time i arrived, Garry Rooney had a pretty good idea and he was able to cut thru the mess and narrow it down as to what was most important to accomplish. Forget the rest. He said to call him in 3 days. He was on it immediately and I received the solution in 2 days. It seems that it all worked out quite fast and I will never go anywhere else unless he dies before I do.
