I came in for my check up and immediately got greeted by a very attentive and professional staff that got me going. After a very brief wait, a tech called Tisa took me to an exam room and took very good care of me; she was very friendly and efficient and made me feel calm. Dr. Arora came in a few minutes later and gave me my check up very efficiently. He was again very attentive and willing to answer all of my questions. He surprised me by remembering about me and my family, and asked about them. He made sure that I knew everything I wanted to know and took the time to allay all of my misgivings and questions. Dr. Arora and his team take you back to a time when Drs actually cared about patients. He is not only one of the best at what he does, technically, but also takes the time to make you feel comfortable with the whole process.

Because he cares so much and is invested in my wellbeing, my husband and I completely trust his recommendations. We never once considered MD Anderson for treatment. I've had 3 separate cancers over a period of 36 years. I've been treated at Lady Bird Perkins in Houma, Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge, and Thibodaux Regional Cancer Center in Thibodaux. I've received great treatment at all 3 places, but none beats Thibodaux! Even the staff is compassionate and helpful. They treat me like royalty (LOL). They deserve and get my highest rating... Luckily, I came across Michael. Very down to earth person! I expressed my pain and it was like he know what I was going through. He could tell what area of my body needed to be stretch and others that needed to be more flexibly. He also educated me on what I was doing that was creating the spasm in my back. I'm considered lucky I met Michael. I will continue to see him. PROS: - Awesome person. The type of person you want to be around. - He creates a comfortable environment. - Location was awesome. It was in the inner loop. - Not a saleman. Very nice person. Cons: - I can't see him everyday of the week. lol! Really, this is a great person. Love his brand.
