My children attend St. Rose and I am grateful everyday that I can send my most precious gifts to a…read moreplace where learning and safety are top priority. My children are still young but we have had so far five wonderful years. Being a former teacher, I do see areas in which I would like to see strengthen but I've never seen a perfect school either. I have faith in the Lord that my children are right where there are suppose to be. While I may compromise some things, I do not compromise their spiritual growth and values that St Rose continues to teach. My children have had some of best teachers anywhere. We have many wonderful teachers. Some of our teachers have children in the school because they appreciate the community and education at St. Rose. Other teachers have children who have graduated but they continue to teach because of their love and dedication. I just have to add that I have the privilege of knowing some of these young adults and I am always impressed by their academic achievements but even more by their moral character and personal achievements. (One of my favorite teachers has kids both of these categories) Our school is blessed in many ways. However, we are a community made of many people and families and I acknowledge there can be situations or attitudes that may not always be in line with what the school teaches. At those moments I try to remember that God loves us all and that we must pray for one another. As a member of this community, I apologize to anyone who have been dissatisfied with our school and/or church. I ask that you keep us in your prayers that we may continue to grow so that everyone feels God's presence when they come to St. Rose.

It provided structure for the students and a sense of trust. In normal times, the elementary school parents do mandatory volunteering so we're all invested not only with our children and financially, but also personally. The school is connected with a beautiful Presbyterian church. There's a sense of peace and good-will because of the atmosphere. Our Principal communicates well and often with parents. She's very popular with all the kids. I highly recommend this preschool and elementary school.

Ok,so this is the second year my kid is in this school. When…read morewe we're looking for a preschool for our toddler we initially wanted a Montessori as it was highly recommended by few friends.Anyway the school was already booked for the next year. We did a tour and liked a school,and we were pretty satisfied with a year our two year old completed here. We decided to continue,but this year is a different story. Actually a friend of mine whose kid was in different class,pulled her kid before this school year,pointing out that school has some issues. I don't know if that's because the director changed or the school run out of money,but activities became so limited.Most of the days kids just doing coloring and painting,not much of diverse materials are used even though you pay for it.Last year was much better regarding this.Curriculum missing some creativity. This year there have been zero field trips even though they were promised. Instead of taking kids to a museum tour as a field trip,they invite you(it's optional activity)to bring your kids on the weekend for a museum tour and charge you like 60$ per ticket.Ridiculous. Christmas party that was planned for a while was basically a bounce house. Other important thing,they are short on staff. The pictures of daily kids activities are posted on the app not very often.For that I don't blame the teacher(my kid teacher is great by the way,knowledgeable,passionate and caring and we really like her),but she is by herself most of the times so obviously can't do everything. On the good note,the school is very clean,super safe,everyone is friendly,the atmosphere is great,front desk ladies are amazing,very communicative and always there for any questions,ready to help you out with a smile. My kid's teacher is amazing as well,she pours all of her heart in care for the children. So to conclude they should invest more (financially and academically)to make a better experience for the children.
